Short version: I’m Kieran, I’m in Peterborough, and I build websites for small businesses who’d rather not think about websites.

Hello.
I started Edwards & Co because I kept noticing the same thing: really good local businesses — the ones people recommend to their neighbours — with websites that made them look like an afterthought. Meanwhile the agencies quoting them £6,000 wouldn’t return their calls.
So that’s the gap I work in. Proper websites, built quickly, at a price a small business can actually say yes to. Nothing clever, nothing fashionable — just a site that loads fast, reads well on a phone, and makes it obvious how to get in touch with you.
It’s just me. That’s deliberate, and it’s the main reason to use me rather than an agency. You won’t be handed to an account manager, your job won’t sit in a queue behind a bigger client, and the person who picks up the phone is the person who built the thing you’re ringing about.
I’m based in Peterborough and I cover the towns and villages around it. If you’d rather sit down and talk it through than exchange emails, I’ll come to you.
How I work
Plain English
No jargon, and no making you feel stupid for not knowing what a DNS record is. That’s my job to know, not yours.
The price is the price
Agreed in writing before anything starts. If you ask for something extra I’ll quote it first and you decide.
I’ll tell you if it’s a bad idea
Including if you don’t need what you’re asking for, or if the job would be better done by someone else.
Modern tools, my responsibility
I use current tools — including AI — to work faster than a one-person business used to be able to. What you get is checked, tested and signed off by me, and I’m accountable for all of it.
